Trusting Spirit

March 6, 2008

It is not enough to have faith in Spirit, but rather ask
does Spirit have faith in me? When I promise myself to do
something do I follow through? If I say, “I am going to
meditate every day.”, and then make excuses and don’t do
it, how can Spirit believe what I say?

If I promise to be grateful and then don’t say thanks, if I
promise to be patient and then become angry and even
abusive over some simple problem do I earn Spirit’s trust
or am I fooling myself?

Remember we are all Spirit. There is only one of us here.
The separation we pretend is between us is our own
perception not the Truth. We hold to those barriers out of
fear. Without those barriers we would hear each other’s
thoughts, see into each other’s futures and past. All our
secrets would be open knowledge. We would have no control
of others perceptions of us. Imagine everyone in a constant
state of psychological bewilderment. We wouldn't know where
we stopped and others began. BECAUSE…REALLY... There is
only one of us here. We are as wavelets on the great sea of
consciousness.
